- REMOTE ACCESS AUTHORIZATION
- Grant of Access:

The Client hereby authorizes MCC to temporarily remotely access and control the Client's systems, including but not limited to
computers, servers, and networks, for the purpose of providing technical support, troubleshooting, and other related services.
- The Client acknowledges that MCC will use remote access tools and software to perform these services.
- Access Procedures:

MCC will follow industry-standard procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the Client's systems during remote
access.

The Client agrees to provide MCC with necessary credentials and access permissions as required for the performance of the
services.
- LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
- Client's Acknowledgment:

The Client recognizes and understands that enabling remote access to their systems entails certain inherent risks. These may
include potential security vulnerabilities and unintended effects on system functionality. The Client is aware of these risks
and accepts them as part of the remote access process.

The Client agrees that MCC shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or disruptions arising from
the remote access, provided that MCC acts in good faith and within the scope of its service agreement.
- Hold Harmless:

The Client agrees to hold MCC, its officers, employees, agents, and subcontractors harmless from any claims, liabilities,
damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to MCC's remote access and services, except to the
extent that such claims result from MCC's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Indemnification:

The Client agrees to indemnify and defend MCC against any claims or legal actions brought by third parties as a result of
MCC's remote access to the Client's systems, except to the extent that such claims arise from MCC's gross negligence or
willful misconduct.
- CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA SECURITY
- Confidentiality:

MCC agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information accessed during the remote support
sessions and to use such information solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.
- Data Security:

MCC will take reasonable measures to ensure that remote access is conducted securely and in compliance with industry best
practices for data protection.
- CLIENT AGREEMENT
- Continued Use:

By continuing to use MCC's remote support services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the
terms outlined in this Agreement. The Client's continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of all terms and
conditions set forth herein.
